How It Works

From first robot
to full crew.

Every engagement starts the same way — we figure out if a robot fits before you spend anything. Here's exactly what happens at each stage.

1
Day 0

Reach Out

Tell us what you do and what you're curious about. No commitment, no cost to ask.

2
Assessment

We look at your operation

A 1–2 hour consultation on your crew size, workflow, and labor costs, billed hourly at $150/hr. You walk away with a written recommendation — which robot fits, what it costs to run, and how long it takes to pay for itself.

3
Equip

We source the right robot

Once you decide to move forward, we source the equipment through our distributor network and get you a real quote — not a price off a catalog.

4
Implementation

Install & crew training

Two days of on-site or virtual installation and hands-on crew training, plus a workflow redesign for how the robot fits into daily operations.

5
The First 90 Days

We check the numbers

Check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days after install to confirm the robot is actually earning its keep, not just sitting in the garage.

6
Scaling (Optional)

Adding more sites, more robots

If you're running multiple sites, our Partner tier keeps us on call month to month — strategy calls, rollout planning, and priority support as you scale.

Frequently Asked

Process questions.

How long does the whole process take?

It depends on the robot and your schedule. Some businesses move from first call to a working robot in a matter of weeks; others take longer if equipment lead times are involved.

What if I decide not to move forward after the Assessment?

That's completely fine. The Assessment is a standalone engagement with no obligation to continue to Implementation.

Is equipment included in the process, or arranged separately?

We source it as part of the process, priced separately per deal through our distributor network.

Ready to start?

The first step is just a conversation — no commitment, no cost to ask.
