Yes — a free 30-minute call with no obligation to continue, just to get acquainted before anything paid.
How is the Assessment priced?
$150/hr, billed as used. Most assessments run 1–2 hours of consultation time plus the written recommendation.
What does the Implementation tier include?
A flat $3,000 plus travel and lodging, covering two days of install and training, workflow redesign, and 90 days of check-ins.
What if I already have a robot that isn't working out?
That's what Recovery is for — a diagnostic and retraining engagement for equipment you already own, from us or elsewhere.
Do I have to start with the Assessment?
No — if you already know which robot you want, you can move straight to Implementation.
What's the minimum commitment for Partner?
Six months, billed monthly. It's built for operators managing robots across more than one site.
Is equipment included in these prices?
No. Equipment is sourced separately through our distributor network and quoted per deal.
